Witnesses have stated that a ghostly man falls down the stairs and the spirit of a lady in an 1800's style dress has appeared.

There are benches around the window, that give the feeling of death as you walk by them in the restaurant. This is where they used the place for a temporary mortuary around the time of the Cripple Creek fire, as most buildings were burned down. Although only two were actually killed by the fire, they needed a substitute mortuary temporarily. This story was told to me when I questioned my feelings by a waitress!
