This building was demolished in 2013 due to asbestos issues. When the location was an inn, the south side of the third floor used to be a hot spot for supernatural activity. Witnesses have reported seeing smoky forms, bloodlike stains that appear on the walls, and elevator doors that open and close all on their own. There have also been eerie sounds coming from the bathrooms and unknown voices. In 1999, a globe-style lamp that was installed in every guest room fell to the ground on the same night. The employees did not know of any deaths that had occured in the 1970 building, so perhaps the source of the hauntings stemmed from before the building's time and remains now that it is gone.
