The Highlands Ranch Mansion dates back to 1891 when it was built by J.W. Springer. In the 1920s, the mansion was purchased by F. Kistler who moved in with his daughter Julia. Her ghost is known to haunt the mansion and many have reported hearing her sobbing or witnessing her silhouetted figure.
